New features


We decided to simplify your experience on the Demat'Box Connect Portal when you purchase services. 


So you do not need to go buy the packages one by one, for each folder, on the online store. An automatic withdrawal system now allows this to be done in a simple and intuitive way.


For the sake of homogeneity, we have also chosen to create a new single currency: the Connect unit, which is worth 100 credits.


These changes have no impact on the costs of the services you already use.


Demat'Box Connect Portal- New currency and options


Since May 2 2019, the Demat'Box Connect portal has changed money and passes credits to Connect units1.

The new Connect units packs available are:


  • Pack 200 Connect units at 30€2 HT
  • Pack 1100 Connect units at 120€2 HT


Also, the term package ives way to the term options.


1. 1 Connect unit = 100 credits.

Setting up the monthly withdrawal 

 

To purchase your options, you simply need to subscribe to the Demat'Box Connect monthly subscription. 


The amount whitdrawn will correpond to the sum of the Connect units3 consumed during the billing month4:


  • Crystal Image 250 monthly option: 20 Connect units / month/ Demat'Box (ie 2€3 HT)
  • Crystal Image 250 Platinum option: 950 Connect units / Demat'Box (one-time payment) (ie 95€3 HT)
  • Premium monthly pack option: 409 Connect units / month(ie 40,90€3 HT)

You can follow the evolution of your consumption at any time via the "My purchases > My options" menu, and view the details of your invoices.


3. Rates in the case of a monthly withdrawal: effective rate on May 2, 2019 is 1 Connect unit = 0,10€ excluding taxes. 

4.Any activated option will be automatically taken at the beginning of the next month.

Well-informed customers in case of impossibility of transmission

You have the possibility to fill in the email adress of your customer ("Client email alert" field in your template) if you want them to be informed when a scanned document has not been received.


This will allow your customer to remember to scan an undelivered document again.
